Stop Clinging to Your Past

Bible Reading: Psalm 103:12

Have you asked Jesus to be your Savior?

Do you still feel guilty about sins from your past?

When you accepted Jesus as your Savior, He forgave ALL of your sins; erased them from your life without a trace. Psalm 103:12 says, “As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.” God forgave your sins and wants to take them and throw them into the deepest part of the sea, so far away that they can’t control your life any more.

However, God can’t separate you from your sins if you are still clinging to them and won’t let go. You need to stop clinging to them. Let go of your past sins. Let God take them away forever and give you peace of mind instead.

What step will you take to let go of your sins and stop clinging to your past? Will you give your sins to God and seek His forgiveness and salvation today?

“Remember not the sins of my youth and my rebellious ways; according to your love remember me, for you are good, O LORD.” Psalm 25:7

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I’m tired of holding onto the past. Take it all away! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
