Bible Reading: Psalm 150:1-6
All of God’s creations recognize that God is God. Psalm 150:6 says, “Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD.” All of His creations respect God’s
authority and give Him the honor and worship that belong to Him. The only exception to that is humankind – people like you and me.
God gave all people a free will, the ability and freedom to choose whether or not to believe in God, honor and respect God, worship and serve God.
Sadly, many people have used their God-given right-to-choose to reject the very God who created them and gave them the ability and freedom to choose. By rejecting God, those people are also rejecting God’s love, care, protection, and the joy of living forever in heaven.
Are you one of those people?
You can make a new choice. You can stop choosing to reject God and choose to accept God and all of the good things that choosing God includes. Don’t worry that you’ve waited too long – God still wants you to choose Him. It’s not too late to choose God.
“But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD.” Joshua 24:15
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I’m sorry for rejecting You and for all of the other wrong things that I’ve done. I want You in my life from now on. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
