Bible Reading: Psalm 44:8
What is your favorite way to spend your free time? What do you enjoy doing more than anything else in the world? Would you want to spend 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
365 days a year doing it?
Probably not. It seems that no matter how much we enjoy something, we need a break from it now and again.
There is one activity that every Christian will do forever in heaven. It will never get boring. It will never become tiresome. It will never become ho hum. Every Christian will enjoy doing this activity and will never want to take a break from it.
What is this awesome activity? Psalm 44:8 gives us the answer saying, “In God we make our boast all day long, and we will praise your name forever.” All of eternity will be spent praising and worshipping God in word, song, and action. We will never be bored again!
“Who will not fear you, O Lord, and bring glory to your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before you, for your righteous acts have been revealed.” Revelation 15:4
