God's Anti-Stress Plan


Bible Reading: Luke 12:22-34

Are you looking for a way to feel less stressed-out? In Luke 12:22 Jesus said, "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life…” Rather than allow the worries of life to

get under your skin, why not try God’s anti-stress plan:

  1. Be sure that you aren’t creating your own stress (Matthew 25:24-27).

  2. Ask God to help you examine your own attitude toward the situation (Psalm 26:2).

  3. Know when you have done all you can do to improve the situation and need to seek help (Proverbs 1:5).

  4. Let go and let God (I Peter 5:7).

  5. Live in the present. Don’t dwell on the past nor worry about the future (Matthew 6:34).

Remember, God can and will take care of all your needs. You can depend on Him to take care of you and to give you peace of mind.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6 & 7

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I’ve done all I can do. The rest is up to You. I trust You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
