Digi-Journal - Safe in My Father's Hand

Tomorrow is Easter, and this Digi-Journal entry seems like an odd image to connect with Easter, but, without Jesus' death on the cross and His resurrection three days later, this entry would be null, pointless,

void, utterly meaningless. With Jesus as my Lord and Savior, I have nothing to fear. God is sufficient - more that sufficient, actually, to keep His promises and to keep me safe in His heavenly family. How do I know this?

John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

In John 6:37 we read, "All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away."

Then in Romans 11:29, Paul wrote, "for God's gifts and his call are irrevocable," and in 2 Corinthians 1:22 he wrote, "Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come."

Finally, we come to the verses that inspired today's Digi-Journal drawing, John 10:28-30 - "I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand. I and the Father are one.”

I gave my life to Jesus Christ. I am His. He is mine and no one...NO ONE...NOTHING can snatch me out of the Father's hand!

Here's how today's Digi-Journal entry looks in my Bible:
