Wide, Wide World of God: Soar Like An Eagle

Isaiah 40:31 reads, “…those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” This is a powerful verse!

Picture an eagle soaring high in the sky for hours on end. Getting from one place to another isn’t an issue for the eagle. The eagle patiently glides across the sky. He never tires of waiting to reach his destination. He know that he’ll get there.

When we trust God to get us from Point A to Point Be in life we can confidently soar like that eagle. God’s strength will be our strength. We won’t fuss about how long it’s taking to reach our destination. We can simply enjoy the journey because we know that God is always with us.
